Profanities, personal attacks, defamation or harmful stereotypes about any person, group, identity, or belief are not acceptable and will be removed. The question of whether a post has crossed the line into bullying will be determined solely by the site owners.
Your posts should always be relevant to the topic of DEI. Do not use this site to promote a political candidate, solicit money, proselytize, conduct a giveaway, or advertise a business.
We welcome links to articles or resources that align with the topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.We do reserve the right to remove posts with links to groups that are off-topic.
Refrain from posting excessive or continuously negative statements.
If your organization has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a job vacancy, please restrict those posts to the appropriate space in the Community section. Do not post these items elsewhere on the site.
Just as it is against our rules of engagement to harass someone publicly in a comment thread or a community, it is also a violation of those rules to send a fellow member of the site a private e-mail and harass them individually.
Finally, for your own safety, please protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Your comments are visible to all members of the DEI Academy. Therefore, be careful when including contact information or other personal data in a post.
